Adama Yalomba

Adama Yalomba, was born in the middle of the 1970 in the North of Bamako in Mali. It is in the highly-rated of his father, that he becomes a virtuoso of the dan a mythical instrument in six ropes and six sleeves.He goes through during almost ten years in the Mali towns and villages with his group in the tradition of the storytellers and the griots of the epics of western Africa. The recording of the album " Kassa " starts in the studio Bogolan at Bamako (Rokia Traoré, Damon Albarn, Dee Dee Bridgewater). The journeys on the various continents opened him ears and spirit . At last, Adama leaves its native Mali to enrich its album in Paris. Since 2000, Adama is in all the big live meetings of the World Musics. We find him in the Pleyel or in the Carnagi Hall with Rokia Traoré, but also on the scene of the WOMEX, the Sfinks scene, marking the public by his virtuosity and his smile. Also we find any nature guests' pleiad on its Album,  in particular the warrior Sheik Tidiane Seck, Nicolas Repac guitarist of Arthur H or Keziah Jones.
